AeroCMS: a modular digital operations platform for commercial aviation

AeroCMS helps airlines digitize aircraft safety inspections, security inspections, tamper monitoring, and cabin logbook workflows — and each airline chooses the modules that best fit its operation.

Watch AeroCMS in Action

AeroCMS moves airlines from manual cabin, safety, and security processes to digital workflows, sensor-enabled visibility, and trusted operational records.

Built for flexibility

Every airline has different priorities

Some airlines begin with aircraft security checks. Others monitor tamper events during flight, digitize emergency-equipment inspections, or replace paper cabin logbooks with a structured mobile workflow.

Deploy the four modules independently, or combine them into a broader connected operations platform.

Security

  • BLE Sensors
  • Digital Workflow
  • Mobile App

Digitize aircraft security checks and controlled-area inspections. Sensors monitor selected access points, compartments, panels, seals, or controlled areas, and nearby mobile devices confirm whether they remain secured.

In the mobile app, personnel complete structured checks and document follow-up actions, creating a clear record of what was checked, when, and by whom.

Tamper Monitoring

  • BLE Sensors
  • Digital Workflow
  • Mobile App

The same BLE security sensors as the Security Module, monitoring potential tamper events during flight. Status changes are recorded when a protected access point, compartment, panel, seal, or controlled area is opened, moved, or potentially compromised.

Because the same sensors serve both modules, airlines avoid duplicate hardware while gaining a clearer record of security status, tamper events, and required actions.

The same BLE sensors support tamper monitoring and document potential tamper events.

Safety

  • RFID
  • BLE
  • Digital Workflow
  • Mobile App

Digitize inspections of critical onboard safety equipment — life vests, medical kits, oxygen equipment, and other items requiring regular inspection and accountability.

RFID suits item-level identification, BLE automated presence detection, and digital workflows guide inspections where sensors aren't required — confirming equipment is present, inspected, and ready, and surfacing missing, expired, or misplaced items.

Cabin Logbook

  • Digital Workflow
  • Mobile App
  • Dashboard

Cabin crew, maintenance, and operations personnel record, track, and manage cabin issues through a digital workflow, instead of paper notes, disconnected messages, or delayed reporting.

Defects, observations, incidents, and follow-up actions are captured with photos and status updates, so every team shares a clearer record of what was reported and what action is required.

Technology that supports each module

AeroCMS is technology-flexible — configured with BLE, RFID, or other Auto-ID technologies depending on the selected modules.

AEROSENS helps each airline determine what fits its operation, rather than forcing one size on everyone.
